My journey into wellness began in 2011 during my career as a television producer. Long hours on TV sets and indulging in the craft table delights led to weight gain and a desire to reconnect with movement. Having grown up participating in sports, dance, and cheerleading, I found my passion for group fitness upon joining the gym – the infectious energy, social connections, and sheer fun of group workouts captured my heart.
Eager to share this passion, I quickly earned my certification as a group fitness instructor and within just six months, I found myself on stage, leading dynamic dance cardio classes. Having spent years teaching classes in the gym , I understand that the gym setting isn’t for everyone. That’s why I bring high-quality workouts directly to your home, designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule with minimal equipment and space requirements.
In 2020, I welcomed my first child into the world via emergency c-section. Physically and mentally, it was one tough ride. I thought being fit during pregnancy would make the postpartum journey a breeze. Boy, was I wrong! Over time, I overcame my challenges by recommitting to my wellness journey with simple and sustainable changes.
Now, as a mom of two, navigating the intricate dance of managing life, work and my fitness routine has become second nature.
