My journey into fitness didn’t start with a six-pack or perfect routine. It started on a chaotic TV set, working long hours and feeling completely out of touch with my body. I was tired, sluggish, and craving something more. That “more” showed up in the form of a group fitness class—and it completely changed everything.
Within six months, I went from participant to instructor. I loved the music, the energy, the connection—but more than that, I loved seeing women light up after class. That became my mission.
Then came motherhood. My first baby arrived via emergency c-section in 2020, and suddenly I was a sleep-deprived new mom trying to feel like myself again. Spoiler alert: it was hard. But little by little, I rebuilt my strength, my mindset, and my confidence.
Now, with two little ones in tow, I understand the juggle better than ever. That’s why I design workouts that don’t require hours of your day or fancy equipment—just commitment, grace, and a little sweat.
