This live virtual class is Thursdays at 10:00am-10:30am EST

The focus of the class is full body strength, core, posture and mobility & flexibility. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and feel empowered as you move your body and strengthen your mind in a safe and inclusive environment. These workouts are open to mothers of all fitness levels that have been cleared to exercise post birth.

It’s not just a walk in the park!  Enjoy the fresh air and socialize with others moms and babies in the community with this low impact cardio and strength class that is safe for all levels of postpartum recovery. Chloe will guide you through a feel-good mix of stroller cardio drills and resistance band strength training—perfect for mamas looking to move, build strength, and bond with their little ones.

Stroller Sweat runs in person on Tuesdays from 9:30am-10:30am and you’ll also get access to 8 weeks of Chloe’s signature Mommy Movement live virtual class every Thursday at 10:00am-10:30am. No classes on July 1st.

I highly recommend joining the Mommy Movement training sessions if you are thinking about it. The environment is super laid back and comfortable and the workouts are perfect for all types of Mommy’s no matter where they are in their fitness journey. My fav part is the circuit style and how Chloe completely switches it up each week to keep it fresh and fun. My baby girl was just under 3 months old when I started and she absolutely loves to watch all the other babies and Mama’s work out!

I met Chloe through the hot mom walk and she told us she was going to run a 4 week fitness program for moms where we could bring our little ones. The way she programmed each session and modified each exercise incase we were needed by our tiny humans was amazing. She really motivated us moms to work and push through each session. This was an awesome experience. I would recommend her to everyone!!!!

The Mommy Movement. What a great way to connect with mommies and get active at the same time! What’s great about the workout is that it is flexible - you can choose your challenge level, you can use your baby, or you may skip a step to feed/calm your baby, all in a judgement free zone. At the end, no matter what you choose, you feel accomplished. The hour goes by in the blink of an eye because Chloe makes it fun and positive. She also adds a little air of luxury with some eucalyptus towelettes and a snack at the end. I look forward to the workout every week!
